Customer Care Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Care Executive to handle inbound/outbound voice calls) queries. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a problem-solving attitude, and a passion for delivering top-notch customer support.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer queries through voice (inbound/outbound) channels.

• Resolve product/service-related issues with professionalism and accuracy.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through timely and effective communication.
• Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved.
• Update customer records and maintain accurate data in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with internal departments for complex issue resolution.
• Requirements: Good communication skills in English and Hindi (other languages are a plus).
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Typing).
• Ability to multitask and handle pressure.
• Prior experience in voice/blended process is preferred but not mandatory.
• Positive attitude and team spirit.
• Minimum Qualification: Graduate.
