Job Description
Job Summary:
We are looking for a qualified and experienced Chartered Accountant (CA) to manage the financial operations of our upcoming hospitality project. The candidate will be responsible for financial planning, taxation, auditing, compliance, budgeting, and ensuring the company's financial health.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day accounting and financial operations.
Prepare and analyze financial statements, MIS reports, and cash flow reports.
Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliances.
Ensure timely filing of returns and compliance with government regulations.
Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
Conduct internal audits and coordinate with external auditors.
Monitor accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processes.
Provide financial advice and recommendations to management.
Ensure proper financial controls and risk management practices.
Assist in fundraising, loan documentation, and banking relationships.
Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
Required Qualifications:
Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with ICAI membership.
3–8 years of post-qualification experience.
Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and financial compliance.
Proficiency in Tally, ERP systems, MS Excel, and accounting software.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred Experience:
Experience in Hospitality, Hotels, Food & Beverage, Real Estate, or Co-working industries will be preferred.
Experience in handling multiple business units and project accounting.
