ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Monitoring Booking done by Agents and co-ordinate with Airlines/Supplier for Issuance
  • Handling Post Booking Services Re-Issue, Cancellation, Refunds cases
  • Resolving Agent queries on call and email
  • Handling above mentioned activities in all Verticals (Flight, Bus, Hotel, Visa, Cabs, Trip Care, E-Sim etc.)

LANGUAGES

  • Hindi Speaking (Must), English (Speaking & Writing) & any other 3rd Language (Optional)

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

  • Travel Domain Air Ticketing experience must


PREFERRED SKILLS


  • Email Writing & Good Communication & Computer Skills
