Job Description

Experienced Sales Executive with expertise in selling residential flats, luxury suites, and guest houses. Skilled in identifying customer needs, generating leads, conducting property site visits, explaining project features, negotiating deals, and closing sales. Strong communication, customer relationship management, and target-oriented sales abilities.


Responsibilities:

  • Sell flats, luxury suites, and guest houses.
  • Generate and follow up on leads.
  • Conduct property site visits.
  • Explain project details and pricing to clients.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets.

Requirements:

  • Experience in real estate sales preferred.
  • Good communication and negotiation skills.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM is a plus.
  • Positive attitude and target-oriented approach.
