Responsibilities

  • Customer Installations: Set up and configure broadband modems, routers, and fiber optic cables at homes and businesses.
  • Network Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve internet connectivity issues, signal strength problems, and service interruptions.
  • Field Maintenance: Perform fiber splicing, cable laying, and repair work in local neighborhoods and streets.
  • Customer Support: Educate customers on using their devices, ensure a seamless experience, and log daily installation reports.
