Job Description
About the Role
We are looking for an energetic and persuasive Tele-Caller to join our Trademark & Legal Services firm. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, generating leads, and explaining our trademark, copyright, and legal registration services over the phone.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential clients (business owners, startups, entrepreneurs) to promote trademark registration, copyright, and other legal services
- Explain the benefits and process of trademark/legal services clearly to prospects
- Follow up on leads generated through digital marketing, referrals, or databases
- Maintain and update the calling database/CRM with accurate client information
- Schedule appointments/consultations for the legal/sales team
- Handle basic client queries related to trademark and legal processes
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and conversion targets
- Maintain a polite, professional, and persuasive tone during calls
- Coordinate with the legal team for smooth handover of interested clients
- Send follow-up messages/emails/WhatsApp information as required
