Job Description
Customer Acquisition: Source and enroll new subscribers for various chit schemes to meet monthly targets.
Lead Generation: Conduct field visits, cold calls, and local marketing activities to find prospective clients.
Client Relationship Management: Onboard customers, explain auction rules, and handle subscriber documentation.
Collection Support: Ensure timely collection of the first installment and follow up on delayed payments.
Reporting: Maintain daily field visit logs and report conversions directly to the Branch Manager.
