Job Summary:

We are looking for a Telecalling Executive to manage loan recovery through outbound calls. The candidate will be responsible for contacting customers with overdue payments, following up on outstanding dues, and assisting customers in resolving repayment issues while maintaining professionalism and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Make outbound calls to customers regarding overdue loan payments.
2. Follow up with customers and encourage timely repayments.
3. Explain outstanding dues, payment schedules, and available repayment options.
4. Negotiate payment commitments within company guidelines.
5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment commitments.
6. Update customer information in the system.
7. Achieve daily and monthly collection targets.
8. Escalate complex or unresolved cases to the concerned team.
9. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and data entry skills.
• Ability to handle customer conversations professionally.
• Prior experience in collections, or recovery will be an added advantage.
