Role Overview

Position: Relationship Manager

Industry: NBFC-Fintech (Financial Inclusion)

Location: Rural and semi-urban hubs (including local branches in Karnataka )

Compensation: ₹2.20 LPA - ₹ 3 LPA (varies based on experience and location, plus performance incentives)

Key Responsibilities

Sourcing & Sales: Identify potential borrowers in designated operational areas.

Onboarding & KYC: Assist customers with loan applications, verify required documents, and explain loan terms and repayment schedules.

Credit Verification: Conduct on-site inspections of the applicant's business or farm and evaluate their repayment capacity before loan disbursement.

Collections & Recovery: Track down due accounts, visit borrowers for timely EMI collection, and ensure a low portfolio at risk (PAR).

Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with customers and community leaders to encourage repeat business and resolve grievances.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Education: Minimum 12th pass

Experience: 2 to 3 years of experience in field sales, microfinance, or NBFC loan collections is a significant plus.

Requirements:

A valid two-wheeler driving license and a personal vehicle are mandatory for daily field travel.

A functional smartphone for using Avanti's digital lending and tracking applications.

Strong local geographical knowledge and fluency in the local language (e.g., Kannada for Karnataka).

Soft Skills: Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
