Client Relation Executive

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Faridabad. We are looking for a Relationship Manager (RM) who will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience and fostering long-term engagement. The RM will proactively reach out to clients, gather feedback, resolve concerns, and encourage consistent participation in sessions.


Qualifications

  • Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to gather feedback on their initial experience, onboarding process, and overall satisfaction.
  • Identify and address client concerns, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
  • Reach out to clients who are not attending sessions to understand reasons and encourage re-engagement.
  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions, feedback, and action points.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (operations, customer support, trainers) to improve client experience.
  • Develop strategies to strengthen client relationships and enhance retention.
  • Provide insights to management on client trends, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, ensuring clients feel valued and supported throughout their journey.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience in client relationship management, customer success, or account management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage clients professionally and empathetically.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously with attention to detail.
