Job Description
Job DescriptionPrakriti Herbs Private Limited is hiring an Experienced Telecalling Executive for our Ayurvedic wellness products.
- Responsibilities:Call customers and verify their order details.
- Explain product benefits professionally and answer customer queries.
- Confirm COD orders and convert inquiries into successful sales.
- Handle customer objections confidently and build trust.
- Maintain proper follow-ups with interested customers.
- Update customer details and call status in the CRM.
- Achieve daily calling and sales targets.
- Maintain polite, professional and customer-friendly communication.
- Candidate Requirements:Minimum 2 years of experience in Telecalling, Telesales or Customer Support.
- Excellent Hindi communication skills.
- Strong convincing and objection-handling skills.
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
Freshers are NOT eligible for this position.
