Job Description

  • Food Preparation & CookingAssist in the preparation and cooking of Continental cuisine as per standard recipes.
  • Prepare mise en place (ingredients, sauces, garnishes, etc.) for daily operations.
  • Cook dishes under the supervision of senior chefs ensuring consistency and taste.
  • Maintain portion control and food presentation standards.
  • Kitchen OperationsEnsure cleanliness and organization of the assigned workstation.
  • Follow all kitchen SOPs, including food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Properly store food items to maintain freshness and minimize wastage.
  • Assist in stock rotation (FIFO method) and inventory control.
  • Quality & ComplianceAdhere to HACCP and food safety regulations.
  • Maintain personal hygiene and grooming standards.
  • Ensure all equipment is used safely and maintained properly.
  • Team SupportWork collaboratively with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.
  • Support senior chefs during busy service hours.
  • Participate in training and learning sessions for skill development.
