Job Title: Senior HR Recruiter – Bulk Hiring

Location: Noida Sector 2

Experience: 3-7 Years

• Key Responsibilities:Handle end-to-end bulk hiring for multiple positions.
• Source candidates through references, networking, social media, and job portals.
• Maintain a strong referral network for continuous hiring requirements.
• Screen, shortlist, and schedule candidate interviews.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.
• Ensure timely closure of open positions.
• Maintain candidate database and recruitment reports.
• Conduct follow-ups with candidates till joining.
• Manage walk-in drives and recruitment campaigns.
• Requirements:Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience in bulk hiring.
• Strong candidate reference network is mandatory.
• Proven track record of hiring in volume.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work under hiring targets and deadlines.
• Experience in sales, loan, BFSI, or financial sector hiring preferred.
• Good knowledge of recruitment tools and sourcing techniques.
