Job Summary
We are looking for a smart, professional, and friendly Front Office Receptionist to manage the front desk, , handle calls, and support daily administrative activities.
Key Responsibilities
Answer and transfer phone calls
Handle incoming and outgoing mails/couriers
Maintain front desk cleanliness and coordination
Manage basic data entry and documentation
Coordinate with different departments when required
Skills Required
Good communication skills in Hindi & basic English
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email)
Pleasant personality and professional behavior
Good organizational and multitasking skills
Qualification
12th Pass / Graduate preferred
Experience
Fresher or 1–2 years experience in receptionist/front office role
Salary
₹10000 – ₹15000 per month (depending on skills and experience)
Working Hours
9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
