Device, or Medical Instrument industry with expertise in production planning, process improvement, quality, and safety.

• Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, manage, and monitor day-to-day production activities.
• Optimize manufacturing processes to improve productivity, quality, and cost efficiency.
• Implement Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Troubleshoot production issues and conduct root cause analysis.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards, SOPs, and safety regulations.
• Coordinate with maintenance, quality, procurement, and supply chain teams.
• Monitor production targets and ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain production documentation and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Required Skills8–12 years of production experience in Pharma, Medical Devices, or Medical Instruments.
• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, production systems, and process optimization.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, CAD, and SPC.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage production teams and achieve operational targets.
