Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Market Standard)

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Executive to manage, analyze, and report business data to support decision-making across departments. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in data management, reporting tools, database technologies, and business intelligence platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and automate MIS reports and dashboards.
• Collect, clean, validate, and analyze data from multiple sources.
• Design and maintain databases to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Create interactive dashboards and visual reports using Power BI and Tableau.
• Develop and manage ETL/ELT processes for efficient data integration.
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly business performance reports.
• Support management with data-driven insights and recommendations.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand reporting requirements.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement through data analysis and automation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics, Mathematics, Commerce, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query, VBA, Advanced Formulas, Dashboard Creation).
• Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL Databases.
• Experience with ETL/ELT Pipelines and data integration processes.
• Hands-on experience with Business Intelligence Tools:
• Power BI
• Tableau
• Knowledge of Data Programming Languages: Python or R
• Understanding of data modeling, data warehousing, and reporting frameworks.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in FMCG, Sales, Distribution, or Retail reporting.
• Knowledge of data automation and workflow optimization.
• Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms is an added advantage.
