Job Description

  • Key ResponsibilitiesHandle customer enquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp.
  • Prepare and submit quotations.
  • Follow up on quotations and convert them into purchase orders.
  • Coordinate with suppliers for pricing, availability, and delivery schedules.
  • Process sales orders and ensure timely execution.
  • Maintain customer records and sales data.
  • Coordinate with the accounts team for payments and outstanding follow-ups.
  • Provide after-sales support and resolve customer queries.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
  • Identify opportunities for repeat business and cross-selling.
