Job Description

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of CCTV cameras across 3 schools.

• Conduct regular inspections of cameras, DVR/NVR, and related equipment.

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on-site or remotely.

• Maintain service logs, prepare reports, and update management.

• Plan and schedule periodic maintenance and respond to emergency breakdowns.

• Coordinate with school staff for smooth execution of tasks.

• Ensure availability of spare parts, tools, and consumables for timely service.

• Handle escalations and ensure customer satisfaction.
