Job Description
- ey ResponsibilitiesContact prospective customers using provided leads and databases.
- Explain course features, benefits, pricing, and career opportunities.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable courses.
- Follow up with interested prospects through calls, WhatsApp, email, or SMS.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM or sales tracker.
- Handle customer inquiries professionally and resolve objections.
- Coordinate with the admissions or support team for successful enrollments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing learners.
- Stay updated on course offerings, promotions, and industry trends.
- Required SkillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to build rapport with customers over the phone.
- Goal-oriented with a passion for sales.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office, CRM tools, and online communication platforms.
- Good time management and organizational skills.
