Fitter

We are looking for a skilled and dedicated ITI Fitter to join our manufacturing team. The candidate will be responsible for assembling, fitting, aligning, and installing laser cutting machine components as per engineering drawings while ensuring quality standards and timely production.

• Key ResponsibilitiesAssemble and fit machine components, frames, and fabricated parts as per technical drawings.
• Perform drilling, tapping, grinding, cutting, and mechanical fitting operations.
• Align machine assemblies and ensure dimensional accuracy.
• Install bearings, shafts, guide rails, ball screws, linear motion systems, and other mechanical components.
• Use precision measuring instruments such as vernier calipers, micrometers, dial gauges, and height gauges.
• Assist in machine installation, testing, and trial runs.
• Identify and rectify fitting defects to ensure smooth machine performance.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean, safe working environment.
• Follow quality standards, safety procedures, and production schedules.
• Coordinate with production, fabrication, and quality teams for timely completion of projects.
• QualificationsITI in Fitter Trade (NCVT/SCVT).
• 1–5 years of experience in machine manufacturing, heavy engineering, fabrication, or industrial equipment assembly.
• Freshers with strong technical knowledge may also apply.
