Job Description

Job Title: Telecaller (Female) – MS Excel & Tally Knowledge

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000/month (Based on Experience)


Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Female Telecaller with good communication skills and basic knowledge of MS Excel and Tally.


Responsibilities

Make outbound and receive inbound calls.

Handle customer inquiries and follow up with leads.

Maintain customer records and update data in MS Excel.

Prepare daily call reports and MIS.

Create and manage invoices/entries in Tally.

Coordinate with the accounts and sales teams.

Maintain accurate records and documentation.


Requirements

Female candidates only.

Basic to good communication skills in Telugu, Hindi, or English.

Knowledge of MS Excel and Tally is mandatory.

Basic computer skills.

Ability to work in a team and handle multiple tasks.
