Job Description
nstall, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain CCTV cameras, Access Control Systems, LAN, WAN, and VPN connectivity.
Provide support for network infrastructure, including switches, routers, racks, and structured cabling.
Perform installation, testing, termination, and maintenance of fiber, network, and CCTV cabling.
Manage MACD (Move, Add, Change, Delete) activities for enterprise network services.
Monitor and resolve network, CCTV, and access control issues at client locations.
Maintain cable management, patching, rack organization, and network documentation.
Support data center networking components, including switching and routing infrastructure.
Coordinate with engineers for capacity planning and hardware/network optimization.
Maintain inventory of network and security system spares and assets.
Provide 8x5 operational support, customer training, and ensure timely issue resolution with proper reporting
