About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic, presentable, and highly motivated Field Sales Executive to represent our brand and guide prospective clients through their real estate buying journey.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for meeting qualified leads, conducting property site visits, understanding client requirements, showcasing suitable properties, and converting inquiries into successful transactions. This role requires exceptional communication skills, strong local market knowledge, professional conduct, and the ability to build trust with discerning clients.

As the face of the company during property visits, the candidate must possess excellent interpersonal skills, confidence, hospitality etiquette, and a customer-first approach.

Key Responsibilities

* Meet prospective clients for scheduled property viewings across Dehradun and surrounding areas.

* Accompany clients to residential, commercial, luxury, investment, and land properties.

* Conduct professional property presentations and site tours.

* Understand client requirements, budgets, and investment objectives.

* Recommend suitable properties and alternative options based on client preferences.

* Build strong relationships with clients and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

* Address client concerns, objections, and queries confidently and professionally.

* Assist clients throughout the property selection and decision-making process.

* Coordinate with the sales team regarding client feedback and follow-ups.

* Maintain detailed records of site visits, client interactions, and sales opportunities.

* Represent the company with professionalism, integrity, and excellent grooming standards at all times.

* Stay updated on property inventory, market trends, infrastructure developments, and investment opportunities across Dehradun.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Essential Requirements

* Minimum Graduate (preferred).

* Valid driving licence.

* Ownership of a personal two-wheeler or four-wheeler.

* Thorough knowledge of Dehradun city, Rajpur Road, Mussoorie Road, Sahastradhara Road, Canal Road, GMS Road, Ring Road, Purkul, Malsi, and surrounding micro-markets.

* Fluency in Hindi and working proficiency in English.

* Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

* Excellent convincing, negotiation, and presentation abilities.

* Professional appearance and positive personality.

* Strong hospitality and client-handling skills.

* Ability to understand client psychology and buying behaviour.

* Street-smart approach with strong problem-solving abilities.

* Comfortable with extensive field work and client interactions.
