Job Description – Service CoordinatorPosition: Service Coordinator

Department: Service

Location: Andheri, Mumbai

Employment Type: Full-Time

Job SummaryWe are looking for a proactive and organized Service Coordinator to manage daily service operations, coordinate with field engineers, and ensure timely resolution of customer service requests. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, coordination, and administrative skills.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and assign daily service calls to field engineers.
  • Schedule installations, breakdown calls, preventive maintenance (PMC), and onsite visits.
  • Track service requests and ensure timely closure.
  • Follow up with customers regarding service status and feedback.
  • Coordinate with the Sales, Stores, and Accounts departments for smooth service operations.
  • Prepare service reports, quotations, invoices, and other service-related documents.
  • Maintain accurate service records and update ERP/CRM systems.
  • Monitor engineer attendance, visit status, and call completion.
  • Escalate critical customer issues to the Service Manager.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly service MIS reports.
  • Ensure compliance with company service processes and documentation.
  • Required SkillsExcellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong coordination and customer service skills.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Basic knowledge of ERP/CRM software is preferred.
  • QualificationGraduate in any discipline.
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is an added advantage.
  • Experience 6mth -2 years of experience in Service Coordination, Customer Support, or a similar role.
  • Freshers with good communication and coordination skills may also apply.
  • Preferred Candidate ProfileCustomer-focused and service-oriented.
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Good team player with a positive attitude.
  • Willing to learn and adapt to new processes.
  • Working HoursMonday to Saturday
  • Reporting Time: 9:45 AM
