Job Description
HR & Administration Executive
Location
Udhna, Surat
Salary₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Depending on Experience)
About Us
Madhi ni Khamni is one of South Gujarat's leading traditional farsan brands with multiple retail outlets and a central production unit. We are looking for an energetic and organized HR & Administration Executive to manage recruitment, employee records, attendance, and HR operations.
Job Responsibilities
- RecruitmentHire staff for retail outlets and factory.
- Post jobs on Apna, Indeed, WorkIndia and other job portals.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
- Coordinate joining and onboarding of new employees.
HR Operations
- Maintain employee attendance and leave records.
- Prepare employee files and documentation.
- Coordinate salary and incentive data.
- Maintain staff database and records.
- Handle employee onboarding and exit formalities.
Employee Management
- Coordinate uniforms and ID cards.
- Assist in staff training and induction.
- Help resolve employee issues.
- Ensure company policies are followed.
Administration
- Maintain office records and documents.
- Coordinate with branches for manpower requirements.
- Prepare daily and weekly HR reports.
- Support management with administrative tasks.
Requirements
- Graduate (BBA, B.Com, MBA HR or equivalent preferred).
- 1–4 years of HR or administration experience.
- Good communication skills in Gujarati, Hindi and basic English.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word and WhatsApp.
- Organized, responsible and good at coordinating with people.
