3 Job Profile 100% Field Job, (Loan Disbursement & Collection Job) 

Collection of the loan Emi.

Sourcing & identifying the potential (Only Female) customer 

Post identifying making the group of 5 (female) member and then disbursing them loan 

4 Gross Salary Rs.13500/-(Per month) after deduction PF , ESIC, PT  / Gross salary will be 16000/- (p.m),  

5 Other allowances  Official Sim Card+ Travelling allowance.

6 Benefits PF + ESIC + Gratuity+ Medical Insurance of 2.5 lacs + Term Insurance of 10.0 lacs + Accidental policy

7 Experience  Fresher can also apply + Bike with valid Driving License is 

8 Age Limit 20 yrs. to 30 yrs.  ( Only Male )

9 Qualification 10th & 12th  Pass 

10 Working Timing  9:30 am to 6:30 pm (But late sitting are there as this is Field Sales job) 

  Selection Procedure 1. First Round- Interview with HR person  

      2. If Candidate Shortlisted by HR , Next day candidate will go one day complete Field Expouser at our nearest Branch.  

      3. End of the Day If Positive Feedback came from Candidate OR from Branch, then we will conduct next day Final Round interview with our Branch Head. 

      4. If candidate select, then candidate will come to Head office for Joining Formailities 

      PAN Card,  Original Educational certificate, Resume, Photo. , Bank passbook ,
