Flying Rabbit Trampoline & Adventure Park is one of the leading indoor entertainment destinations, offering exciting attractions including trampoline arenas, adventure activities, kids' play zones, arcade games, and thrilling experiences for families, children, and groups. We are looking for a creative and energetic Marketing Manager to help grow our brand, increase footfall, and create memorable customer experiences.

## Key Responsibilities

* Develop and execute online and offline marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and customer footfall.

* Manage social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and Google Business Profile.

* Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns (Meta Ads and Google Ads).

* Create engaging content such as reels, videos, posters, event promotions, and customer campaigns.

* Plan seasonal offers, birthday packages, school campaigns, corporate events, and festive promotions.

* Build partnerships with schools, colleges, corporates, influencers, and local communities.

* Coordinate with photographers, videographers, designers, and agencies for marketing campaigns.

* Monitor campaign performance and prepare monthly marketing reports.

* Work closely with the operations team to ensure successful execution of promotions and events.

* Maintain the brand's online reputation by managing reviews and customer engagement.

## Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

* 2–5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in entertainment, hospitality, retail, or event industries.

* Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, content creation, and paid advertising.

* Excellent communication, creativity, and organizational skills.

* Ability to plan campaigns and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

* Basic knowledge of graphic design tools or video editing is an added advantage.

## Preferred Skills

* Experience in entertainment parks, gaming zones, amusement parks, hospitality, or event marketing.

* Knowledge of influencer marketing and local promotional activities.

* Familiarity with Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and CRM tools.

* Strong networking and partnership-building skills.
