Job Description –Branch Manager (3-Wheeler Finance)

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and lead the branch collection team to achieve monthly collection targets.
• Ensure timely recovery of overdue EMIs and minimize delinquency/NPA.
• Monitor bucket-wise collections of Field Team
• Conduct regular field visits for high-value and critical cases.
• Handle repossession and recovery of financed vehicles as per company policy.
• Coordinate with legal, operations, and dealership for effective recovery.
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance during collection activities.
• Train, motivate, and monitor the performance of Field Officers.
• Resolve customer disputes and maintain healthy customer relationships.
• Ensure 100% banking of collected amount of customers and adherence to company’s policies.

Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline
• 3–7 years of experience in collections, preferably in 3-wheeler/vehicle finance.
• Strong knowledge of collection strategies, recovery processes, and NPA management.
• Leadership and team handling experience.
• Good communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively for field collections.
