About the Role
Kinergy Physio is looking for a confident, patient-focused, and energetic Receptionist cum Telecalling Executive who can create a positive first impression for every patient. The ideal candidate should be experienced in telecalling, appointment booking, patient follow-ups, and handling front-office operations in a professional healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally.
- Convert enquiry calls into appointments.
- Follow up with missed appointments, treatment continuations, and patient reviews.
- Welcome and assist patients with warmth and empathy.
- Manage appointments, schedules, billing, and patient records.
- Coordinate with physiotherapists regarding patient appointments and treatment plans.
- Respond to WhatsApp, social media, and website enquiries.
- Maintain excellent patient experience and satisfaction.
- Ensure smooth front-desk operations and clinic coordination.
