Business Development Executive (BDE)

About the RoleWe are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Business Development Executive to join our growing property management team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leasing vacant properties, coordinating property viewings, building relationships with channel partners, and ensuring newly onboarded homes are ready for tenants.

• Key Responsibilities
• Conduct property visits and show homes to prospective tenants.
• Convert tenant inquiries into successful bookings.
• Build and maintain a network of channel partners, brokers, and referral sources.
• Drive occupancy by filling vacant properties within target timelines.
• Conduct inspections of newly onboarded houses to ensure they are ready for tenants.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure properties are market-ready.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and update the CRM.
• Deliver a seamless experience for both property owners and tenants.
• Requirements
• Candidates with 1–3 years of experience in leasing, sales, business development, or real estate are preferred. Freshers with excellent communication skills and a strong willingness to learn are also welcome to apply.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude with a customer-first approach.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive.
• Willingness to travel across the city for property visits.
• Two-wheeler with a valid driving license is preferred.
