• Key ResponsibilitiesMeet prospective clients and understand their property requirements.
• Conduct property site visits and provide professional project presentations.
• Generate and follow up on sales leads.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Negotiate and close property sales effectively.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and business objectives.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in the CRM.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Candidate RequirementsBachelor's degree preferred (graduates are encouraged to apply).
• Previous experience in real estate or sales is preferred; freshers with excellent communication skills are also welcome.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills in Hindi and English.
• Confident, self-motivated, and target-oriented personality.
• Good negotiation and customer relationship management skills.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
