We are looking for an energetic, persuasive, and fluent Marathi-speaking Telecaller to help us expand our reach and connect with stakeholders, particularly in the agricultural sectors of Maharashtra.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Generation: Initiate outbound calls to potential customers (farmers, FPOs, and agri-businesses) to introduce Marut’s drone solutions.
• Product Education: Explain the benefits of drone technology in simple terms, focusing on how it increases efficiency and reduces costs for the end-user.
• Relationship Building: Communicate effectively and build trust and rapport with native speakers.
• Appointment Setting: Schedule demonstrations and meetings for the field sales team with qualified leads.
• Database Management: Maintain accurate records of calls, feedback, and customer details in the CRM.
• Follow-ups: Conduct regular follow-up calls to nurture leads and move them through the sales funnel.
• Candidate Requirements
• Language Proficiency: Native or professional proficiency in English and Hindi is a strong plus.
• Experience: 2–5 years of experience in telecalling, inside sales, or customer service. Experience in the Agriculture or Tech sector is preferred.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication with the ability to explain technical concepts in a friendly, accessible manner.
• Education: High school diploma or Graduate in any field (Agriculture background is a bonus).
• Tech Savvy: Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel) and ZOHO CRM software.
