Customer Care Executive

Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Digital Marketing Leads Handling Executive to manage and convert online inquiries received through digital platforms. The candidate will be responsible for promptly contacting leads, understanding customer requirements, scheduling showroom visits or test drives, and coordinating with the sales team to maximize conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle leads generated through digital marketing channels such as website, social media, Google Ads, and third-party portals.
• Contact customers via phone, WhatsApp, email, and SMS.
• Qualify leads by understanding customer requirements and purchase timelines.
• Schedule showroom visits, test drives, and follow-up appointments.
• Maintain accurate lead records in CRM/software.
• Ensure timely follow-ups to improve lead conversion rates.
• Coordinate with sales consultants and managers for lead closure.
• Generate daily and monthly lead status reports.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain professional communication.
• Requirements:Graduate or PUC with relevant experience.
• Good communication skills in English, Kannada, Hindi, and local languages preferred.
• Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling skills.
• Strong follow-up and customer relationship skills.
• Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
