  Able to Comprehensively read and understand AutoCAD drawings & Sketches.

• ·        Finalization Master Drawings, Interiors Program and Budget
• ·        Managing of Interiors Schedule, Resources Schedule and Cash flow
• ·        Controlling material procurement process & regular auditing of store inventories
• ·        Deploying & monitoring Project site security system.
• ·        Developing &Monitoring of Q.C. process at execution level & testing procedures
• ·        Conducting periodical Site Progress Review meetings with concerned client
• ·        Certification of suppliers & contractor bills for payments
• ·        Developing strategies for sequences & phases of interior work
• ·        Finalization of Contract Documents with backups such as tenders, shortlists
• ·        Recruitment, Training & Retaining team members in various positions
• ·        Have to work in different parts of India such as Karnataka, Gujarat, Kerala, Tamilnadu, Andhra Pradeshetc
• ·        Good knowledge of Kannada, English & Hindi.
• ·        Interaction with customers/Clients for sales, modifications, legal matters
• ·        Procedures of statutory legal components approvals
• ·        Coordinating  with  workforce to execute the job at client place.
• ·        Checking of the quality and finishes of the work as per the design and

• ·        Willing to travel across South India & should report to Higher Authority,
• ·        should have good knowledge of interior & site, also should be well worse in using          computer programs like word, excel, PPT & Auto Cad.
