Job Description

We are hiring Collections Executives for our Fintech company. Candidates must have experience in debt collection and NPA handling


Responsibilities


Make outbound calls to customers for loan recovery and overdue payments.

Handle NPA cases as per company and RBI guidelines.

Negotiate settlements and update payment status in system.

Maintain proper call records and follow-up details.

Achieve monthly collection targets.

Requirements:06–3 years experience in collections / recovery (Fintech or NBFC preferred).


Good communication & negotiation skills.

Basic computer knowledge.
