Job Title: Retail Sales Executive – Bata Store

Job Description:

We are hiring a Retail Sales Executive for Bata Store to assist customers, drive sales, and maintain excellent in-store customer service. The candidate should have good communication skills, a presentable personality, and the ability to handle retail store operations efficiently.

Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist customers in the store
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products
  • Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
  • Handle billing and payment processes when required
  • Maintain product displays and store cleanliness
  • Manage stock arrangement and inventory support
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve basic customer queries
