Sales Trainer

Job Title: Sales Trainer – Credit Cards

Location: Mumbai (or as applicable)

Experience:

* 2–5 years of experience in Sales Training, preferably in Banking, Financial Services, or Credit Cards.

* Prior experience in Cards or a similar financial institution is preferred.  

Key Responsibilities

* Conduct induction and refresher training for new and existing sales employees.

* Deliver product training on credit cards, features, benefits, eligibility, documentation, and compliance.

* Train sales teams on objection handling, sales pitch, customer engagement, and closing techniques.

* Coach field sales executives through on-the-job training and branch visits.

* Monitor sales performance and identify training needs.

* Conduct role plays, assessments, and certification programs.

* Maintain training records, attendance, and MIS reports.

* Coordinate with Sales Managers and Team Leaders to improve team productivity.

* Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory guidelines.  

Required Skills

* Strong communication and presentation skills.

* Good knowledge of credit card sales and banking products.

* Ability to motivate and coach sales teams.

* Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Qualification

* Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).

* Excellent English and Hindi communication.

Preferred Candidate

* Experience in Cards, Banking, NBFC, or Credit Card sales training.

* Experience handling field sales teams and achieving productivity targets.
