Job Description

Job Title: Product Advisor – TelesalesLocation: Chennai

Experience: 6+ Months (Telesales/Outbound Sales)

Shift: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Fixed Shift)

Weekly Off: 1 Rotational Week Off

Employment Type: Full-time

Role OverviewDrive sales by connecting with prospective customers, promoting premium membership plans, and converting leads into paid members through effective consultative selling.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to assigned leads.

  • Pitch and sell premium membership plans.
  • Convert free users into paid customers.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and follow-up updates.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Deliver a professional and customer-centric experience.
  • RequirementsMinimum 6 months of telesales, telemarketing, or outbound sales experience.

  • Excellent communication skills in English and Tamil.
  • Strong sales, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
  • Target-driven with a positive attitude.
  • Basic computer proficiency.
