Field Sales Executive

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have at least 6 months of experience in B2B sales, corporate gifting, printing, or promotional products. The role involves generating new business, building relationships with corporate clients, and achieving monthly sales targets.

• Key Responsibilities: Generate new leads through cold calling, networking, social media, and field visits.
• Identify corporate clients, educational institutes, event companies, and distributors.
• Promote our products including:
• Corporate T-Shirts
• Polo T-Shirts
• Oversized & Round Neck T-Shirts
• Customized Mugs
• Water Bottles
• Mouse Pads
• Keychains
• Caps
• Employee Welcome Kits
• Corporate Gift Hampers
• Meet prospective customers and understand their branding and gifting requirements.
• Prepare quotations and follow up until order closure.
• Coordinate with the design and production teams for smooth execution.
• Maintain customer records and update sales activities in CRM or Excel.
• Build long-term relationships with customers for repeat business.
• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
• Collect customer feedback and identify new business opportunities.
• Required Skills: Minimum 6 months of sales experience (B2B sales preferred).
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to generate leads and convert them into customers.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email communication.
• Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach.
• Willingness to travel locally for client meetings.
