Telecalling Executive

Job Title: Telecaller (Customer Verification & Delivery Coordination)

We are hiring a Telecaller to support our delivery operations by verifying customer details and ensuring smooth coordination between customers and courier partners. This is a great opportunity for candidates who have strong communication skills and enjoy interacting with customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Call customers from a provided database to verify names and delivery addresses.
• Ensure accurate address confirmation for successful parcel deliveries.
• Follow up with customers after delivery to confirm receipt.
• Coordinate with courier partners to track and ensure timely deliveries.
• Maintain and update customer data in Excel sheets regularly.
• Keep all records organized and accurate at every stage.

Requirements:

• Good communication skills in English and Hindi (mandatory).
• Basic knowledge of Excel and data entry.
• Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills.
• Ability to handle multiple calls and maintain accurate records.
• Knowledge of regional languages (Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Bengali) is a plus.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Good coordination and interpersonal skills.

Prior telecalling or customer support experience is an advantage (freshers can apply).
