Job SummaryThe Picker & Packer is responsible for accurately picking customer orders, packing them securely, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring timely order dispatch while following company SOPs and safety standards.

• Key ResponsibilitiesPick products accurately as per customer orders using the company's application or handheld device.
• Pack products carefully to avoid damage during delivery.
• Verify product quantity, quality, expiry date, and barcode before packing.
• Ensure orders are packed and handed over within the required turnaround time.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse/store.
• Assist in receiving, unloading, and stocking incoming inventory.
• Arrange products according to FIFO (First In, First Out) and company guidelines.
• Report damaged, expired, or missing items to the Store Manager immediately.
• Perform inventory counting and stock audits when required.
• Follow all company SOPs, safety procedures, and workplace discipline.
• Support the team during peak business hours and complete assigned tasks efficiently.
• RequirementsMinimum qualification: SSLC / PUC or above.
• Basic understanding of smartphones and warehouse applications.
• Physically fit to stand, walk, lift, and move products throughout the shift.
• Ability to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays as per business requirements.
• Good teamwork, discipline, and communication skills.
