Job Description

Senior Telesales Executive – Banking Loans Process (Freshers Welcome)


Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers from company-provided leads.
  • Explain banking loan products, eligibility criteria, and benefits.
  • Understand customer requirements and suggest appropriate loan solutions.
  • Follow up with customers regarding loan applications and documentation.
  • Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
  • Coordinate with the processing team to ensure smooth loan processing.


Required Skills

  • Good verbal communication skills in English and regional languages.
  • Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Strong interpersonal and convincing skills.


Eligibility Criteria

  • Any Graduate / Undergraduate can apply.
  • Freshers are welcome.
  • Basic computer knowledge is required.

CTC: 1.80LPA to 2.5LPA + Performance Based Incentives

Timing : 9:30 Am to 6:30 Pm (Monday to Saturday)

Location: Annanagar (Near Thirumangalam Metro)
