Job Description

  • Key ResponsibilitiesPerform preventive maintenance on elevators, escalators, and other vertical transportation systems.
  • Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, and electronic faults.
  • Respond to service calls and emergency breakdowns promptly.
  • Inspect lift systems to identify wear, damage, or potential failures.
  • Replace defective components, including motors, controllers, switches, cables, and door mechanisms.
  • Conduct safety inspections and functional testing after repairs.
  • Maintain accurate service reports, maintenance logs, and inspection records.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, industry standards, and company procedures.
  • Coordinate with customers to explain maintenance work and recommend repairs or upgrades.
  • Assist in modernization and refurbishment projects when required.
  • Maintain tools, equipment, and spare parts inventory.
  • Support installation and commissioning activities as needed.
  • Participate in on-call or emergency service rotations when required.
