About the Role

EzyHelpers is looking for a creative, proactive, and result-oriented Social Media Executive to strengthen our online presence and drive brand engagement. The ideal candidate should have a passion for content creation, social media marketing, and digital storytelling, with the ability to create engaging reels, graphics, videos, and campaigns across multiple platforms.

Job Description

• Manage and grow EzyHelpers' social media presence across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platform
• Create engaging content including reels, short videos, graphics, carousels, captions, and stories.
• Plan and maintain monthly content calendars and ensure timely publishing.
• Plan and execute photo and video shoots for marketing campaigns and company events.
• Monitor social media trends, platform updates, and competitor activities to improve content performance.
• Build audience engagement by responding to comments, messages, and customer interactions.
• Collaborate with HR, Marketing, Sales, and Operations teams to support branding, recruitment, and promotional campaigns.
• Use Canva, Adobe Express, CapCut, Photoshop, or similar tools to design creatives and edit videos.
• Leverage AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Canva AI, and similar platforms for content ideation and creation.
• Track and analyze social media performance, prepare reports, and recommend improvements.
• Ensure all content aligns with EzyHelpers' brand voice, quality standards, and marketing objectives.

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of social media platforms and content strategies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Express, CapCut, Photoshop, or similar editing tools.
• Basic knowledge of video editing and graphic design.
• Experience with AI tools for content creation and productivity.
• Creative thinking with attention to detail.
• Time management and organizational skills.
• Basic knowledge of social media analytics and reporting.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
