Account Executive (Accounting)

Job Responsibilities:

 Perform day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting entries in the Financial System, including sales,

purchases, and journal entries.

 Ensure accurate posting of entries in SAP/ERP for tasks assigned by Account Manager.

 Prepare payment vouchers for timely payments according to due dates.

 Reconciliation of payments.

 Reconcile vendor and customer accounts/balances with company records where necessary.

 Generate MIS reports and statements as required by the Account Manager on a regular basis.

 Undertake any other responsibilities assigned by the Account Manager.

Job Description:

 Maintain all records like Vouchers, Receipts, Bills, and Payments.

 Bank Reconciliation, Payment Collection.

 Monthly GST Working.

 Reconciliation of Sundry Debtors & Creditors

 Handling petty Cash Records.

 Maintain Sales Purchase Registers & Keep in Software properly

 Banking works like a Cheques issue for clearing Cash Deposit, NEFT, and RTGS

 Handling to Day-to-Day Accounting

 Finalization of Accounts, Statement of Accounts, Balance sheet Statement, Trails Balance.

Desired Candidate Profile:

 Good communication skills

 Good knowledge of MS Excel for data analysis and reporting purpose.

 Maintain accuracy with numbers.

 Strong problem-solving skills to address accounting issues effectively.

 Proactive attitude and good team-player

 Good knowledge of act in GST and TDS
