Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Final compensation will depend on interview performance and relevant experience.)

Job Overview

We are hiring Life Insurance Executives for a leading financial services organization. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in the banking, finance, or insurance sector and possess excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

This role is best suited for individuals who are target-driven, customer-focused, and passionate about helping clients choose the right insurance solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell life insurance products to prospective customers.
• Understand customers' financial needs and recommend suitable insurance plans.
• Generate leads through referrals, follow-ups, and customer interactions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Achieve monthly sales and business targets.
• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
• Follow up with prospects and ensure timely closure of sales.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.

Eligibility Criteria

• Male candidates only.
• Minimum 6 months to 1 year of relevant work experience.
• Experience in Banking, Finance, or Insurance is mandatory.
• Freshers are not eligible for this role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
• Basic knowledge of life insurance products and financial services is preferred.
