The Elite Lucknow Convention Hotel is a 4-star property strategically located at the exit of the Agra-Lucknow Expressway, offering 48 well-appointed keys, a multi-cuisine restaurant with 24x7 service, a 7,500 sq. ft. pillarless banquet hall, a total of 5 banquet spaces, and a courtyard — making it a preferred destination for both business and celebration.

Job Description

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

• Support the Ownership in managing overall hotel operations to ensure property objectives are achieved.
• Deliver strong functional expertise, creativity, and entrepreneurial leadership to meet the business needs of operations.
• Supervise and give strategic direction to Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, and Banquets/Convention operations.
• Ensure the Sales & Catering strategy is aligned with operational capability to produce desired business results.
• Drive a guest-oriented, innovative approach to operations to ensure consistently high service standards.
• Drive guest satisfaction and feedback scores as a key deliverable, with focus on innovative ways to continually improve results.
• Identify market needs of hotel guests and the local market; monitor and analyze competitor hotel activities and trends.
• Ensure the hotel consistently delivers products and services that meet or exceed target guest expectations.
• Demonstrate a clear understanding of ownership priorities and business goals.
• Act as an ambassador for The Elite, enhancing the hotel's image and reputation in the market.
• Facilitate coordination across departments to ensure consistency and quality of operations.
• Coordinate and supervise all HODs, ensuring alignment on strategy, standards, and execution.
• Oversee revenue performance across rooms, F&B, and banqueting; work closely with the sales team on pricing, packages, and inventory decisions.

Qualifications

YOUR EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS INCLUDE:

• Strong process orientation.
• Excellent public relations and communication skills.
• Strong leadership abilities and organizational skills
• Minimum 8–10 years of progressive hotel experience, including 2–3 years in a similar senior operational role.
• Strong operational and technical knowledge across rooms, F&B, and banqueting.
• Experience with convention/banquet-heavy properties preferred.
