Hiring Customer Support Executives (Voice + Chat Process) | Work From Home
We are hiring Customer Support Executives for a leading food delivery process. Candidates should have excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi and be comfortable handling voice and chat support.
Responsibilities:
✔ Handle customer queries via calls and chat
✔ Resolve customer issues efficiently
✔ Maintain quality and customer satisfaction standards
✔ Follow process guidelines and SOPs
Requirements:
✔ Good English & Hindi communication skills (Mandatory)
✔ Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
✔ Own laptop/desktop with i3 processor or above and minimum 4 GB RAM
✔ Stable Wi-Fi/Broadband connection
✔ Comfortable with rotational shifts and weekly offs
Salary:
Freshers: ₹19,000 CTC (₹15,410 in hand) + ₹1,929 quarterly bonus
Experienced: ₹20,000 CTC (₹16,253 in hand) + ₹1,929 quarterly bonus
Shift: 9 Hours (8 Hours Working + 1 Hour Break)
Work Mode: Work From Home
