We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Closer who can convert qualified leads into booked paid video consultation calls.

• Job ResponsibilitiesContact warm leads generated through Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, and other marketing channels.
• Understand each prospect's business goals and challenges.
• Explain our consulting services and communicate the value effectively.
• Handle objections confidently and professionally.
• Convert qualified prospects into paid video consultation bookings.
• Follow up with interested leads until the sale is closed.
• Maintain accurate records of leads and conversations in the CRM or lead sheet.
• Achieve monthly booking and revenue targets.
• RequirementsPrevious experience in sales, telesales, inside sales, or high-ticket closing is preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi (English is a plus).
• Strong persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-driven.
• Comfortable using WhatsApp, Google Sheets, CRM tools, and video calling platforms.
• Reliable internet connection, smartphone, and laptop.
