Job Description
- Receiving and sorting incoming payments with attention to credibility.
- Creating and issuing invoices to customers.
- Processing credit memos.
- Manage the status of accounts and balances and identify inconsistencies
- Issue and post bills, receipts and invoices
- MIS reports like Sales Reports, Inventory Reports.
- Making bills and through cash or card
- handing opening and closing balances
- at last closing the account and doing the card and card tally. Submit to the accounts department.
- Requirements and skills
- Any Graduate with billing experience.
- Comfortable dealing with numbers and the processing of financial information
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (particularly Excel)
- High degree of attention to detail and trustworthiness
